The Sherman M-4Tank is still sealed in box with original factory tape.  The rubber bands holding the two crew figures in place have dried-out and deteriorated after 23 years of dry storage and have thus released the two crewmen, who are now loose inside the box.  Some minor paint rubs on the box due to shelf wear.  Please see photos for visual conditions.  Made by 21st Century Toys Ultimate Soldiers 32X Cold Steel Series in 2003. Would display well in a 1:32 scale battle scene along with other painted 54mm soldiers.
