Selling my genuine Mirafit Multi Grip Strongman Log as it’s no longer getting the use it deserves.

This is the premium 10-inch Multi Grip version featuring two neutral grip positions, making it ideal for lifters of different sizes and for varying your training. It accepts all 2 inch Olympic weight plates and has a huge 300kg maximum load capacity. The empty log weighs approximately 31kg.

The log is in good used condition with some cosmetic marks from normal use, as shown in the photos. It is structurally sound and functions exactly as it should.

A fantastic addition to any home gym or garage gym, especially if you’re training for Strongman competitions or simply want to add variety to your pressing movements. The neutral grip is also much kinder on the shoulders than a traditional straight bar.
