Dinky Toys Style Replica

Commer / Karrier Fire Brigade Control Unit

I've never come across one of these before. It looks like a hand-made replica of a Commer / Karrier Fire Brigade Control Unit, clearly based on the Dinky 555 Fire Engine cab. It has been made in either plastic or resin & seems to use the base plate of the 555 toy.

It comes in a bubble pack which is in good condition, with some storage wear / creasing in places. 

To provide an indication of size the replica measures 14cm long x 4.7cm wide x 6.5cm high.

This would be a very unusual addition to a collection of fire service vehicles.

As the origins of this item are not certain it is for adult collectors only.
