Although listed as used, the set is mostly in very good condition, the book is like new, and the rest is somewhat unpunched, the biggest building is still unpunched, while two of the smaller buildings have been put together. The ale store has the top part missing, while the Brewhouse is complete. The book and everything else is basically untouched, although part of roster pad has detached from the cardboard section.

This is a very rare and hard to find item which fetches several hundred dollars when sealed and new.

The campaign book alone goes for over $120 when available and in good condition. Buildings will be packed in a separate box for protection.
