New Old Stock. 

The chrome finish does show some light cosmetic imperfections and 'shelf wear' from storage and handling, including scuffs and scratches. But wrenches are new. 

The storage pouch does have some yellowing and staining where assembly oil leaked out of box ends. Someone also wrote on the back in marker (see picture.)

Returns must be made in same new condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless seller error. If you feel there is a problem with your item/order, just contact me and I will try to help!
