***Product Introduction***
[Alessandro Beverari (Clarinet)] Born in Verona in 1988. Began playing the clarinet at age 9. In 2009, she graduated with top marks from the Verona E.F. Dal Abaco Conservatory. In 2008, she made her debut with the Arena di Verona, Verona's leading orchestra, performing Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. From 2009 to 2011, she studied under Paolo Beltramini at the Piacenza Conservatory (Italy). From 2012 to 2016, she studied under Romain Guyot at the Geneva Higher Education Academy "Haute Ecole de Musique," where she earned her Master's degree. Since 2016, she has studied under Alessandro Carbonare at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. She has won almost all of Italy's major clarinet competitions. One of Beverari's specialties is chamber music, and she regularly performs with ensembles including pianist Miyuki Ishii. She also participated in the Sapporo Pacific Music Festival conducted by Gergiev, Jun Merkel, and Andris Poga. Since 2017, she has been the principal clarinetist of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and resides in Tokyo. In recent years, she has won first prize at the Marco Fiorindo International Clarinet Competition (Turin), the Tokyo Music Competition, and the Audi Mozart Clarinet Competition (Rovereto), and first prize, audience award, and Hamanaka Prize at the 4th Jacques Lancelot International Competition (Yokosuka). In 2019, she won third prize in the wind instrument (woodwind and brass) division of the Tchaikovsky International Competition and first prize at the Leoš Janáček International Competition. [Miyuki Ishii (piano)] Began playing the piano at the age of 5. Graduated from Kitakamakura Girls' High School. After attending Tokyo University of the Arts, she graduated from the Ueno Gakuen University Performance Course as a scholarship student with full tuition waiver and completed the postgraduate music course at the same university. She then studied at the Geneva State University of Music, majoring in chamber music, graduating with honors in 2016. She has won numerous awards, including the Bronze Prize in the G category of the 25th PTNA Piano Competition, the Bronze Prize in the high school division of the 2nd Chopin International Piano Competition in Asia, the Encouragement Award in the Concerto C category of the 5th Chopin International Piano Competition, and the Finalist Diplom at the Kiejstut Bacewcz International Chamber Music Competition (Poland). She has performed with orchestras such as the Polish National Krakow Chamber Orchestra, Ueno Gakuen University Orchestra, Shonan Chamber Orchestra, Regenbogen Orchestra, and Tokyo Multi-Symphony Orchestra. In 2005, she made her debut at the Rainbow 21 Suntory Hall concert, and in 2008, she performed at the Momoka Gakudo concert hall in the Imperial Palace and the Japan Piano Tuners Association Newcomer Concert. In 2016, she was recommended to perform at the LAVAUX CLASSIC Festival in Cully, Switzerland, where she received critical acclaim. In 2018, she performed at the La Folle Journée au Japon Area Concert. She also focuses on contemporary music, and in 2015, she performed works by Wolfgang Rihm and Philippe Manoury in front of the composers themselves, receiving acclaim. Currently, she performs extensively as a soloist and accompanist, primarily in chamber music. She has been performing a duo with Alessandro Beverari, principal clarinetist of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, since their time in Geneva, and they have given concerts throughout Japan. She is also dedicated to music education, serving as a competition judge and teaching at the Roppongi International Music School. In 2021, she received the PTNA New Instructor Award.
