This is a interesting buckle that was part of a large military collection we purchased and there were many general and admiral related items as well as a selection of Presidential Aide badges and insignia's. This buckle was part of the collection and I do not know if this something presentation or if it another brass belt buckle like all the Coca Cola ones!!? I have never seen another one and cannot pull one up on the net (and if it was a mass produced copy, one would have come up!) so I believe is something for a military officer that was aide to a president.
