Honeywell  BULL Pen - Made by Sheaffer- Blue Plastic  Promotional Item - Does Not Write - Vintage Has been stored. I believe that the ink may have dried up.  The pen is vintage and does not write. This is a collectible item.  if you want a working pen, please do not purchase this.  The cover screws on to the main pen. It is an incredible piece of history and represents an era gone by. This was a promotional item by Honeywell 1970's 1980's for their BULL Division.  Great advertising. You may be able to purchase a refill for it. With original box. Box shows wear from storage. Thanks for looking.
