UNITED STATES Import Duty:

Effective from 29 August 2025, the United States Government introduced new tariffs on most products imported into the USA, including DVDs and Blu-rays imported from Australia. These new tariffs are already included in our shipping prices of orders shipped to the USA and, when you order arrives, there will be NO more to pay.

UNITED KINGDOM Import Duty:

With most shipments to the UK, eBay already collects VAT on eBay checkout, where applicable, and there will be no more to pay. But if eBay does not collect VAT on eBay checkout and Customs in the UK applies VAT or Customs Duty to your order, then that may be collected by your local postal service and it becomes payable by the Buyer.

EUROPEAN UNION Import Duty:

Effective from 1st of July 2026, the European Union have introduced a landing cost of €3 per item included in shipments imported from non European Union countries into the European Union. This €3 per item landing cost is payable by the Buyer when the item arrives in the EU country for delivery.

OTHER COUNTRIES Import Duty:

With most countries, eBay already collects VAT/GST on eBay checkout, where applicable, and there will be no more to pay. But if eBay does not collect VAT on eBay checkout and Customs in your country applies VAT/GST or Customs Duty to your order, then that may be collected by your local postal service and it becomes payable by the Buyer.

Blu-ray Regions:

Region A: USA, Canada, South America, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia;
Region B: Europe (except Russia), Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Middle East;
Region C: Asia (except Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia);
Region Free: Region Free Blu-rays are Region unlocked and they play in all Regions.

Can I play Blu-rays from other Regions?

Region-Free Blu-ray players are available in some stores and online including on eBay.
Region-Free Blu-ray players are not region locked and they play Blu-rays from anywhere in the world.

Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days.

* Return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense;
* Items must be returned unopened/unused and still in their original packaging;
* Full refund will not be issued if items are returned already opened and/or used;
