Up for auction is a Zenith Royal 500 "B" seven transistor radio.  It was made in April of 1956, with a serial number of 107215 and chassis 7ZT40Z1.  It is free of chips, breaks or cracks in the case.  The kickstand works and is brass, not plated steel.  The earphone jack works as well.  The manual is intact, but has some tearing, stains and wrinkling.  The radio picks up local stations only, but does play them loud and clear.   The radio has been recapped, and a bad transistor has been replaced.  I will include the old capacitors and transistor.  There are some scratches on the back, but the set makes a nice appearance.  See the photos.  This is the set you will get.
