I have genuinely used this once

I was gifted it at xmas

grey hotel chocolat velvetiser machine

still in original box with 2 ceramic hot chocolate mugs

I have other milk frothers etc and don’t really drink much hot chocolate so no need for it

no instructions as I discarded them as they were pretty pointless - put milk and chocolate in the jug and press the button!
