This is a vintage German stoneware beer stein featuring a raised relief design of a bearded figure holding a mug.The text "Wohl bekomm's" (meaning "may it agree with you" or "cheers") is inscribed in relief along the base.The stein appears to be a 1/2 liter size, commonly stamped on the side near the handle.It includes a pewter lid, a traditional feature for maintaining beer freshness in Germany
