A sweet little lady in a gauzy black spider web tulle skirt, ruff, and hat, black bows on her ankles and black ribbons on her wrists. She sits just over 12" high from a surface, and ~18" when flat. 

Good pre-owned condition. Her skirt has some halloween glitter in it that I can't tell if it's part of the original, or if she was stored with ornaments that gave her a light glitter dusting. It's pretty evenly distributed, so maybe it's intentional.
