When is Promised Shipping Date (PSD)?
PSD is three (3) business (non-holiday/non-weekend) days, after date of order. However, generally, orders will be handed off to shipper on 3rd business day after sale, before advertised, final pick up time.
What is typical delivery time for eBay Standard Envelope (ESE)?
From XceptionalSportsCards.Com (XSC) zip code, USPS advertises typical, but non-guaranteed, First Class Mail delivery, based on distance, of 3-5 business days, with ONLY parts of Alabama and Georgia being 3 business days. Sundays and holidays are not USPS business days. XSC zip code mail now goes to Palmetto GA or Atlanta GA facility for initial processing, in lieu of just downtown Augusta GA, due to 2024 USPS processing changes. Experience, since inception, of ESE program is ~98 percent delivery within two (2) business weeks after shipment. Thus, please allow that full period prior to opening Item Not Received Case.
Why is there no tracking information on order multiple days after PSD?
ESE tracking markers are made by USPS high speed processing machines. The first tracking marker should now be Palmetto GA (or Atlanta GA), due to 2024 processing changes. That tracking marker should normally be the next business day after PSD, but can be multiple days later, due to transporting from Augusta GA to Palmetto GA (or Atlanta GA), or processing delays within Palmetto GA facility. A measure of ESE shipments will be delivered, but not received Out for Delivery/Delivered markers. A very small percentage of ESE shipments, contrary to logic, will go through to successful delivery with NO tracking markers. Experience, since inception, of ESE program is ~98 percent delivery within two (2) business weeks after shipment. Thus, please allow that full period prior to opening Item Not Received Case.
What are industry standard parameters' definitions of Near Mint condition?
CENTERING minimum 65/35 T/B & L/R (front) / 90/10 T/B & L/R (back)
CORNERS possible very minor wear on 2 or 3 corners
EDGES possible slight roughness, minor chipping or very minor notching
SURFACE possible few noticeable print spots, minor speckling or very minor border
discoloration; or solid gloss, with few minor scratches/print lines upon close inspection
Is Combined Shipping offered?
Yes, for most items, purchased in same transaction. System shipping calculator will provide shipping cost, along with different shipping options, if any. If that calculation, and subsequent payment by the buyer, is above-nominally above actual shipping cost plus associated fees, a refund for the difference will be issued to buyer, upon or near delivery.
Is there a Return Policy?
Unlike more and more sports card sellers, XSC currently offers a limited Return Policy. The return must be made with fourteen (14) days, and can ONLY be for an item not being as described, i.e., NO BUYER'S REMORSE.
