Overall in poor cosmetic condition. As noted above, it does have a grinder scuffremove an ID number (see picture.) Otherwise, more normal signs of use, scuffs, scratches and marks throughout in the chrome. No other major issues.
Drive ends show only lighter signs of use. The swivel joint is in pretty good shape without any issues.
