Here we have an early WW1 era Medical Dispensing spoon to make it easier to give liquid medicines and cures.  The spoon is 6 1/2 inches long overall all with a copper spout soldered to the end lip of it.  It's marked MADE IN U.S.A. so it was made after 1890 as required by Tariff Act of 1890 (the McKinley Tariff).  Nice medical item that you don't normally see.  Shipping is USPS ground advantage insured.
