Group Captain W.G. Abrams
Entered RAF College Cranwell in 1924 and he had then converted on to flying boats until 1942,
served mostly on flying boat units, including 201 Squadron

Mr. L.H. Riddell
Joined the RNAS in August 1917, flew his first solo on 11th December 1917 and reported to No.1 Squadron RNAS near Coullens, France. He was SHOT DOWN on 8th August 1918 and spent the remainder of the war in a German hospital at Sigen as a PRISONER of WAR.

Wing Commander J.G. Roberts DFC DFM (Retd.) JP
Joined the RAF VR in 1939 and during World War Two completed two bomber tours of Europe and N Africa, between which he served as a flying instructor.
