In 2010, Ivet Flexon launched The Resale Project and Retired by the Beach on eBay from her home. Twelve years later, she expanded into two brick-and-mortar stores in Amelia Island, Florida. Today, she and her team successfully operate The Resale Project Estate Sale Co., serving all of Nassau County.

Orders ship twice weekly from the warehouse and are typically processed within four business days of payment. Returns are handled through eBay, where buyers can print a return label once a request has been submitted. If an item is returned because it was not as described, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
