Provincial Grand Master Lieut-Colonel Richard Clifford, J.P. 18th September 1957. Inside the back cover a list of the members of the building committee is printed. Lots of well-known local names from the 1950s. Condition is as in scans, some age-related fading and wear, internally very good. No  writing or notes. An interesting and unusual little piece of Irish Masonic history. Stapled booklet with very pale blue cover.
