This older Mitchell 304 has been used but remains clean and in good working condition.

The anti-reverse, drag and bail (seems strong) function properly.  It cranks smoothly.

Cosmetically, there is a little wear in the finish on the bottom of the gear hosing and the bail is no longer shiny.
