Returns are accepted only if the scooter is returned in unused, as-new condition with all original packaging, accessories and documentation included.
Items showing signs of use, assembly, modification, damage or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturer Warranty
The EX-TRAIL1000 includes:
* 3 Month Manufacturer Warranty on the scooter
* 1 Month Manufacturer Warranty on the battery
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal intended use.
In the event of a warranty claim:
* Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos and a description of the fault.
* The manufacturer will assess the issue remotely.
* Where appropriate, replacement parts may be supplied by the manufacturer.
* Warranty claims are generally fulfilled through the supply of replacement components rather than complete unit replacement.
* The customer is responsible for fitting any replacement parts supplied under warranty.
* Labour charges, installation costs and third-party repair fees are not covered.
* No home repair service, engineer visits or collection service is provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
