I don't know much about these as I got them with a garage clean out.  Lot of 20 New Old Stock Precise Forms Inc Reusable Flat Head 90 Degree / Corner Form Pins for Concrete Formwork with Wedge Pins as shown.  These have never been installed, but have signs of sitting somewhere (i.e. dirt, grit, grime, etc).  Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.  Again, check to make sure that this will fit your application.  What you see is what you get.  Look the pictures over and judge for yourself!
