For sale is a fair condition US Army OCP Multicam Molle II Tactical Assault Panel TAP Chest Rig Harness Vest. I would consider these chest rigs to be in fair condition. They have staining and other signs of wear. There may also be some writing on them. Many of the small elastic pieces used to hold the excess strapping in place on the suspenders are either stretched out pretty bad or may even be missing. There will be no tears or other excessive damage. Although these panels have a fair amount of wear, they are still in functional condition. This listing is for multiple rigs, so the one you receive may not be the one in the photos, but it will be in similar condition.
