The BOSE 1200VI is a professional four-channel power amplifier designed for commercial and installed sound systems, built to drive Bose commercial loudspeakers such as the 101, 151, and FreeSpace series. Housed in a compact, rugged 1U rack-mountable chassis, it is a dependable workhorse for retail spaces, restaurants, offices, and background/foreground music installations.

The amplifier provides four independent channels with a front-panel power switch and per-channel level controls. The rear panel offers an input sensitivity switch (-4dB / +4dB), an EQ selector (101-175 / Others) to match different Bose speaker models, a BTL-A bridge mode for higher output into 6-16Ω loads, and a "CH-1 TO ALL" function that routes channel 1 to all outputs. Speaker outputs accept 4-16Ω loads.

Important - voltage: This is a Japanese domestic model rated for AC 100V (50/60Hz) with a Japanese power plug. For use in 120V or 220-240V regions, a suitable step-down voltage transformer and plug adapter are required. Please make sure you can supply 100V before purchasing, as connecting the unit directly to a higher voltage may damage it.

Condition

  • Used - Good, Tested & Working - Operation has been tested and confirmed working. As a pre-owned item, there are scratches and signs of use on the chassis from normal handling/installation, but nothing that affects operation. As perception of condition can vary by individual, kindly review all photos carefully before purchasing.

Important Notes

  • 100V Japan model - a step-down transformer is required for use outside Japan (see voltage note above).
  • Unit only - the amplifier (with attached power cord) only. No manual, rack screws, or other accessories are included unless shown in the photos.
  • This is a power amplifier and requires a separate audio source/preamp and loudspeakers. It cannot be connected directly to a smartphone or computer.
  • The small metal name tag shown in the photos is our eBay store nameplate (for photo identification only) and is not included.
