This auction is for an Atari 400 computer system. I have owned this system over 20 years. For most of that time, it has been stored in a closet in my home, a smoke-free environment. I bought it to collect it, and I never really used it. I preferred using my original Atari 800 computer.

This auction includes the following:

- Atari 400 computer
- Original box with matching serial number
- Original Atari power supply in box
- Original Atari switch box in box
- The BASIC Computing Language cartridge
- The owner's manual
- The warranty card

The computer itself is in very good condition cosmetically. There is a little discoloration to the left of the cartridge door. Otherwise it looks great. All the keys are working. I took a picture showing that I typed all of them. I was unable to test all the ports, but the ports I did test worked properly. I ran the computer off and on for several days with no issues.

I did not test the switch box. I hooked up the computer to a CRT television using an RF-to-COAX adapter. I am *NOT* including the adapter in this auction. If you are bidding on this computer, please know in advance how you will be hooking it up to a television or monitor. I am not including the television pictured here.

The box is in rough shape. The original styrofoam packaging has held up well and should protect the computer in shipping.

As this is an old electronic item, I am selling it AS-IS. It appears to be in great shape, but given its age, it could fail at any time.

Please contact me with any questions about this item. Also, please see my other two auctions if you are interested in accessories that work with this computer. Thank you!
