However, overall, there are no noticeable scratches or stains, and it is in good condition.

The ballpoint pen does not come with an ink refill. Please provide your own ink refill (Pilot: BRFN-30).

A new converter (CON-40) is included with the fountain pen. It will be delivered in a protective case.
