This is a rare antique 19th century large Victorian Jesus statue Catholic wall crucifix. This is absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful aged patina! The crucifix is made of beautiful oak wood with a bronze colored metal Corpus. The oak cross has beveled edges. This is large and measures approx. 24" tall x 12 1/2" x 3". It weighs just over 3 pounds. The metal fixture the loop is attached to is marked PROV RI 1332, along with something else I can't make out.  In overall great original condition with some wear and chips from age, Don't pass up this rare historic religious relic!
