Return Conditions
- Free returns require the item to be return in the exact same condition shipped.
- Item must be properly packed and NOT shipping without an outer box (unless they were shipped to you that way)
- All pieces must be present and packed the way they were shipped to you.
- Items that are defective/damaged/don't work must match serial numbers be the original item replaced.
- If returned as defective or damaged will be inspected and if defect is not present restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from refund. (even if free returns were offered)
We try to inspect all items and clearly identify any defects or short comings of the product. Our items are often shelf pulls, used, or even defective items so please carefully check the condition and pictures to insure you are getting what you expect.
