For orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Your order will be dispatched with one of the following couriers dependent on it's size and weight:

Evri Next Day
Parcelforce for larger or heavier items

Should you wish to collect your order in person, please allow us 24 hours notice - not all items are kept on site. It is important that you select collection in person at checkout in order to generate a collection code, without this we cannot release your items.

Collection is from Banbury, Oxfordshire during office hours. We cannot give out our address prior to purchase due to eBay rules.

We offer a 14-day returns policy for all purchases. If you change your mind or the item does not fit or meet your requirements, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

All items are security marked and fitted with tamper-proof seals to protect against misuse and fraud. Please note that removal or damage to these markings or seals will invalidate your return and a refund will not be issued.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay messages first so we can assist you with the process and provide return instructions.

All used parts are covered by our 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. Every item is thoroughly tested and inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it is fully functional and as described.

For your protection, all parts are fitted with tamper-proof security seals. Please note that any removal or damage to these seals will void the warranty.
