Ball Joint Connectors could have minor cracks but I test each one to make sure there is still very good friction for all connections 

SOME Minor Assembly may be required:  Sets may come slightly disassembled for packing purposes but will be 95% or more put together any parts not put together should be very easy to snap back on such as legs or arms.  This is only done for packaging/shipping purposes.  Parts may also come lose during shipping but I wrap each character with padding and package them well.
