The East India Company's Royal Flush is an exclusive loose-leaf black tea harvested in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. Grown at high altitudes, the medium-bodied tea is prized for its delicate Orange Pekoe flavor.
Its claim to fame lies in its royal heritage. The tea bushes used for Royal Flush were propagated from a single plant set into the earth by HRH Prince Philip during Queen Elizabeth II’s first state visit to Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) in 1954.
