        COTTON CRYSTAL COOLING TIE/SCARF + COOL CUFFS

        HOT FLUSHES/MENOPAUSE HOT WEATHER.

       I started making these for my own hot flushes and they really do make this time more bearable!!

       I have sold them for a number of years now, they are also ordered by men who work in hot circumstances, overseas, military, chefs gardeners (when we do get some heat that is!!) festival goers  etc.

         Simple cotton tie filled with water retaining crystals which helps to cool the body as the water

        evaporates by drawing heat from your neck area (carotid artery), leaving you feeling refreshed.

         Made in 100% cotton, they measure approx. 102 cms (40 inches) x 5 cms, They are simple to use by

        soaking the middle section which contains the non-toxic crystals in cold water for about 15 minutes, then just squeeze off the

 

        excess water and wear around your neck for relief from heat and hot flushes. 

        The crystals will absorb the water and swell up, and gradually cool you down in the heat exchange from your body.

         The cold cooling effect will last for anything up to 2 days, it can be re-used over again simply by re-soaking.

          I have added a pair of cuff which work in just the same way as the tie, cooling the blood vessels in the wrist.
