For deliveries further afield, EXCLUDING SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS and IRELAND, we use tried and trusted independent couriers who offer a 2 hour time slot and specialise in the careful shipping of furniture to ensure your item arrives on time, damage free and by friendly helpful people. We don’t use the cheapest couriers around for a reason…….we want your item to arrive in the condition that it left us in, and we value happy customers !!!

IMPORTANT:

• Your item will be dispatched the week after you place your order, we cannot usually dispatch in the same week that you place your order. This means that your order will generally take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, deliveries to Scotland may take longer.

This could be any day between Monday and Friday, we would pass your details and they will be in touch with you to give you a delivery date and the day before you will receive a 2 hour timeslot. If this date isn’t convenient you can contact them to rearrange to another date. If you have any specific dates in mind please contact us prior to purchase so that we can check whether our couriers can be in your area on this day.

• You will need to provide us with a mobile number at check out for us to pass onto the couriers.

• Delivery will be handled by a two man team.
