**WILL NEED RESTORATION AND COMPLETE CLEANING!!!**

Gets power and, fundamentally, everything works as it should; Meaning slide works, levers seem to work, keys respond, etc.

However, several of the keys are sticky and will probably need a solid workover, primarily cleaning, but also potentially some straightening.

Also seems to suffer from some power surge issues. Sounds a little louder when running than I remember them sounding and will definitely periodically machine gun the keys; ie. You are typing, "I'm going to work" and end up with "I'm going to wwwwwwwwwwwwwork. If that makes sense.

Ultimately, I am a reseller and, while I certainly know how to use these typewriters, the finer details of the mechanics are beyond me, so the above is the most accurate mechanical description that I can give honestly and knowledgeably.

As always, with for parts or repair units, it is best to assume worse case scenario if buying to refurbish. I really don't think this guy is even close to worse case scenario, but, again, I simply do not know for sure.

That being what it is, if you have questions, be very specific when messaging me and I will do whatever I can on this end to help. No such thing as too many questions.

As far as cosmetically: Unit is nice for its age. The color is good. There are some knocks to the finish/machine here and there, as pictured, but they are small and have done no signficiant damage to the machine itself.

Case shows some scuffing, but is excellent overall.

Will include a neat little bonus with purchase. Nothing super special or valuable, but it is cool and came with the unit when I purchased it.

As hard to find as these red coronet 10s are, I believe this guy to be very worth bringing back to full life.

I ship on Tuesday and Friday evening each week. As a heads up, my local post office has been slack about getting pre-labeled mail scanned in for a business day or two, regardless of when in the day you drop the packages. Rest assured, though, that your package will absolutely be in their hands on or before the day they are due to ship. Please do, though, bear with me if they leave your package on, "label created" for a day or two past the shipping date. Not sure what is going on with them recently. Everything has been getting delivered quickly once it gets moving.

I am, again, a reseller and not a dealer or grader of books. I'll describe and photograph as best I can and as accurately as I can, but I am no authority on accurately grading books to a professional's standards. Please request as many pictures and ask as many questions as you need to prior to purchase, should I have failed to mention anything of concern to you, and I'll help you out in every way that I can. VHS Tapes:

At this point, all VHS tapes sold are sold untested and as-is, unless otherwise stated in item description above. All non-PAL tapes sold have been watched at some point over the last few years and previously played well. These are personal collection tapes unless otherwise specified in item description above. Still, though, as they have not recently been tested, there is no guarantee that they are free from issues; Tracking, sound issues, etc.

All tapes sold will be visually mold free and structually sound (no tape breaks, no significant tape case issues unless specifically mentioned, etc.).

Please assume the risk if purchasing these tapes or do not purchase these tapes. There are almost always going to be other available recently tested copies if full and clean playability must be guaranteed.

These tapes will ship exactly as pictured and described and will ship well protected.

EVERYTHING ELSE:

As a general reseller, I'm apt to run across any and everything. Where applicable, I will always test and provide as much information about the items I sell as I can. However, as I am a reseller and you are the item specific buyer, it falls to you to ask any questions you may have about an item or items that I am selling, should I fail to cover an area of concern you may have in the item description.

If you want to know if that radio shows static when adjusting the volume, that coffee cup is super heavy or if that Lisa Frank binder from the 90s smells like cheese and broken dreams and I fail to address any of these things in my item description, SEND ME A MESSAGE AND ASK ME!
