This is a matched pair of 1935 Virginia license plates that have been professionally restored.  Nice low 5 digit number. These are done in automotive paint with a base coat and a clear coat to protect the finish.  Ready for that show car. This number is DMV clear for vintage registration.  Please see close up for quality of restoration. See picture.  These were actually new old stock plates that the paint had flaked off of and now they are beautiful and ready for that beautiful show car.
