Photos show: original white/black M.A.D. cassette with printed label, original full inlay artwork and clear plastic single cassette case. Case and inlay have light-to-moderate surface wear, small creases and age-related discolouration to the inlay; the plastic case shows handling scuffs and a small stress mark on the hinge area. The tape shell appears intact with no missing parts. The item is UNTESTED — sold as-is
