Map 1 of the Atlas of the Sky published by Andrea Cellarius in 1660. A beautiful example of the science of Astrometry, the study of the positions of the stars and their movements. However, once the problems preseneted by that period were resolved, especially those related to the calender, this branch of Astronomy ceased its evolution.
