18 Antique Hand Stitched Embroidered Quilt Blocks Pink Dogwood Muslin Each Measures About 16”-17”

This lot of 18 quilt blocks are each hand embroidered on muslin or gauze fabric. There are 3 different patterns of pink dogwood blooms featured on 6 blocks each, for a total of 18 blocks. The blocks are square but vary slightly in size, with each one having a good amount of blank space from edge of pattern to edge of fabric for stitching together or creating other items.

The meticulous stitching on each block represents many hours of work crafting a beloved handmade item. As with most items of this kind there are a few light stains found on some squares. Also, one set of 6 (the single large bloom) is worked on a thinner gauze like fabric rather than the lightweight muslin used for the other 12 squares.
