The Standard Horizon GX2410GPS is a 25-watt fixed mount VHF radio featuring built-in GPS, AIS, NMEA 2000, a 30-watt PA/Loudhailer, and an integrated 32-code voice scrambler. The built-in AIS receiver displays AIS target information including MMSI, Call Sign, Ship Name, BRG, DST, SOG, and COG on the large front panel display, and alerts you when an AIS ship may be approaching too close via the programmable Closest Point of Approach (CPA) Alarm. The integrated NMEA 2000 interface is plug-and-play and supports all PGNs for Navigation, GPS, AIS, and DSC functions.
The GX2410GPS supports wireless second station capability via the RAM4X Remote Access Microphone, with the ability to sync up to 4 RAM4X units within an operating range of up to 65 feet. The 30-watt integrated PA system includes Loudhailer and listen-back capabilities, fog horn mode with preprogrammed fog signals, siren and horn features. Additional features include a 66-channel built-in GPS receiver, noise-canceling audio, DSC Class D (ITU-R M.493-15), MOB operation, NOAA weather channels with weather alert, and selectable night mode display. It is a full-featured marine communication tool.
