The Mendip is a “dealer special” based on the Amara, extra features being enhanced upholstery, remote control alarm system, low level lighting in main area and bathroom, motor mover, insect screen on all windows and on the stable door and blackout blinds throughout.  The caravan is in overall good condition but do remember that is is 20 years old so there are odd blemishes here and there. It will come with both 10m and 15m hook up cables with storage bags, Suncamp 220 porch awning with draught skirt, rear poles and sun canopy poles and pegs, almost full 6kg Propane gas cylinder, 40 ltr water barrel and dirty water container (both with waterproof covers) and various waste water pipes and fittings.  Last service and damp check was in August 2025.   To be totally clear the fridge works fine on electricity but not on gas.
