 Description:
 Patience is a British-Belgian detective drama television series starring Ella Maisy Purvis as autistic police archivist Patience Evans (Purvis is herself autistic) and series 2 also stars Jessica Hynes as Detective Inspector Frankie Monroe. The series is set in Yorkshire. It is adapted from the French television series Astrid et Raphaëlle. 

Patience is back tackling more puzzling crimes across York. When new detective Frankie Monroe bursts onto the scene, their differences spark tension -- but they must learn to work as a team. As they investigate cases of murder and mystery across the city, Patience brings her unique insight to the cases. Meanwhile Patience searches for her mother and navigates the ups and downs of new love.

1. Shipping time:
If your item is to be sent to/from an International destination your delivery tends to take about 2-4 weeks.

If you have not received your goods at close of business approx. 6-8 weeks after shipping (see date quoted by post office after which we can lodge a complaint in delivery estimate email), please get back to me ASAP so I can chase it up for you.

 NB: DVDs that are sold as Region 2/4 (or 1/4) are dual layered. The packaging often only lists Region 2 (or Region 1) but these DVDs should be playable on all Region 4 DVD players. But may not play on devices such as X-Box, PC's. Mac's and Playstations.
 


 

 

3. Handling time:

  1. Goods in stock are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

  2. Note that goods sent from different countries may have different holidays than Australia.

  3. Pre-order goods that have not yet been released will be shipped on the date quoted above (assuming payment received).

4. Refunds/Replacements:

  1. All items are shipped with insurance against loss or damage. If you have any problems with the delivery please contact me ASAP so I can arrange a replacement if appropriate or fully refund your payment.

  2. I stand by the quality of the goods shipped. Full refund or replacement goods will be sent up to 30 days from your receipt of goods for faulty products. Faulty products will need to be returned (postage to be reimbursed) - contact me for details when required.

IMPORTANT DVD INFORMATION FOR MY AUSTRALIAN, NEW ZEALAND & EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS:

As per the auction these are US/Canadian Region 1 DVDs (see map above) and you need a multi-regional (multi-zone) DVD player to play them!

BUT don't panic just yet :-)

Many DVD players are easy to unlock.
Let me know the brand and model number of your DVD player so I see if there is a simple unlock code for your player.

Many of my non-US/Canadian customers chose to play or copy these DVDs on a PC before playing them.

I also see there are many economical Multi Region DVD players on EBay ($35-50).
Just do a search if you wish.

It seems a shame to let go of this great DVD set.
