Has original paper hang tag that says he is #19068. Tush tags intact.

Pre-owned in very good, very clean, gently loved vintage condition. No stains, odors or damage. Requires 3 AA batteries for operation (not included).

Tested and working as it should. Battery compartment has had some corrosion some time since 2000, but toy works as it should.
