Seiko pouge 70 proof resist  dial.   It has its original 70 proof dial  the was a 70 proof dial watch  70 resist dial is after market. It was all working. Until my dad had the face change  now it only runs for about 5 to 10 sec the inner ring tuners the top and bottom buttons work  it has the proof back  give it a shake and it runs for about 10 sec. So will need checking out or a service
