'The 2021 SeaWheeze Surge Short utilizes Lululemon's proprietary Out of Mind (OOM) liner. Liner Characteristics: Material: It is made of a lightweight, highly breathable, sweat-wicking mesh fabric (82% Polyester, 18% Elastane) rather than a tight compression fabric.

Fit & Support: It features a boxer-brief style cut with a 3D-shaped pouch. It provides medium, breathable support to keep everything in place while running, without the tight, restrictive squeeze of true compression gear.

Features: The liner includes flat-locked seams to reduce chafing and an integrated, no-bounce drop-in phone pocket'
