This is a 1970s vintage 35mm bulk film loader.  It comes complete with all parts.  Also included are some 35mm reusable film canisters.  These latter are of two designs.  One made of metal with the snap-on ring, the other made of plastic with a screw-on ring. I used these many years ago, but cannot guarantee this equipment is light-tight.
