Scoop features a red bakelite or plastic handle and cast aluminum scoop and thumb operated, spring loaded lever mechanism for the scoop action. Easy release and durable. 8.5" long, 2.25" diameter. I've seen this scoop used for mashed potatoes, grasshopper drinks, root beer floats and more.
