The sale is for Helios 44m or 44m-4, which are 2nd and 3rd gen of 44-2, KMZ factory made, whichever is in stock at the time of the sale.

Adapted to Sony E (NEX) mount, meaning that originally this lens was not Sony E mount, and has been adapted to fit Sony E mount cameras. 

Focus works, iris works. No haze or fungus. This is a full frame lens, which is also a fully manual lens, meaning that the operator manually  changes focus and iris, rather than the camera. 

Note the lens in the picture is the first that sold.
