I’ve had this album several times before, but never with the letter sent to season ticket holders.

The letter has some condition issues (see photos) but the vinyl is super clean. The cover is split at the bottom.

Keep in mind, regular versions of this sell for $25-$40 dependent upon condition. I’ve priced this according to it having the ultra scarce letter with it.
