Bleach art tops can be washed as normal at 30 degrees, with or without other clothes. 
The bleach art itself does not fade.
I wouldnt recommend drying out in the sunshine but otherwise treat as per the fabric care label.
The bleach has been neutralised and top washed, ready for wearing.
This top was purchased new, ready for me to turn into something more artisticlike this.
