Cover is detached from staples, extra staple added, bottom staple is detached from centrefold, heavily worn it looks most likely like water damage resulting in the ink being worn away and a dusty feel to the comic.
Complete with no cutouts.
Condition is as seen in photos.
Will be freshly bagged and boarded.
